Kim Field Pre-Primary is not a creche, it is a pre-primary school.

Kim Field, the Principal of the school, has been a teacher for 30 years. She received her diploma from the Mowbray Teachers College in Cape Town. She was previously the head mistress of Norscott Pre-School.


We have been featured in the local paper known as The Fourways Review and also placed on their website.


Kim Field Academy Pre-School Program:


At our pre-school, situated in Fourways, we follow the Government School Terms and are only closed during the December Holidays.


Holiday Care and After Care is available to Kim Field Academy Pre-Primary pupils at no extra charge.We provide a variety of hours of care at different prices and we can certainly accommodate most families’ needs. Please feel free to discuss your needs with us.


Daily Programme:


06h00 - 07h00:
Arrival and Welcome of children, Liasing with parents.
Children free play with puzzles, play dough, free drawing, threading and story books


08h00:
Breakfast and Toilet Routine


09h30:
Ring Time: Theme of the week discussion encorporating activities set out in curriculum.


10h30:
Snack Time and Juice.
Free Play: Outdoors (weather permitting)


11h00:
Perceptual Activities: Sequencing, memory games, perception work book or sheets, gross motor (running, jumping, skipping, hopping)

Ball skills: Throwing, catching, kicking et.

Lunch

Story time on mattresses
