Our Story
Situated in the charming Elandsdrift Valley, near the Cradle of Humankind, our stables are easily accessible from Fourways, Krugersdorp, and Honeydew. With over two decades of experience and a riding school established 16 years ago, we have built a reputation for excellence. Our farm offers a perfect setting for horses and riders, featuring unspoiled natural surroundings, ample grazing, and picturesque trail rides.
Horseback Adventures
Experience the beauty of Lanseria on horseback with our diverse trail ride options. Shepherd’s Fold Stables caters to riders of all experience levels, accommodating up to 10 riders per group, each led by a seasoned guide. Our trails traverse scenic routes through neighboring farms, offering breathtaking views of Johannesburg, Magaliesberg, and the Cradle of Humankind. Choose from trail rides lasting 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours.
Riding Lessons
Our riding school welcomes students of all ages and abilities, from novices to advanced riders.
