The Perfect Introduction to Skydiving: Tandem Jumps

For first-timers, our tandem skydiving experience is an ideal way to feel the thrill of freefall without needing prior training. This experience is both exhilarating and effortless, providing the perfect introduction to the sport.

You'll be securely strapped to a highly trained tandem instructor, with a parachute system large enough to support both of you. After a brief 15-minute safety briefing, you'll take off on a scenic 20-minute flight, ascending to an altitude of 9,000 feet, where you’ll enjoy panoramic views of Cape Town, Robben Island, and Table Mountain.

Once it's time for the jump, you'll experience a 30-second freefall at speeds of up to 120mph (200kph). Your instructor will deploy the parachute at around 5,000 feet, and you'll glide peacefully to the ground, with the option to steer the parachute yourself.

Want to relive the moment? You can have the entire skydive filmed by your tandem master, using a camera mounted to their wrist, capturing every thrilling second.

We are open daily, weather permitting. As weather plays a significant role in skydiving, we advise booking early in the day to avoid any delays caused by changing wind conditions in the afternoon.
